Many of us are already well caught up in the rush to make the upcoming holiday season a very special one. I hope that in the midst of all that is on your to-do list you will find time to relax into the spirit of the season and just be in the moment – even if it is just a moment or two. Remember our wonderful essential oils can really influence the way we think and feel and now might be a great time to make up a few blends to see us through the holidays, whether you are looking for a ‘Party Blend’ or a ‘Relaxing Blend’ there are always essential oils that will help to set the mood. With all the activity around the holidays this can be an intense time so remember you can also always change the mood by diffusing or spritzing the right oil or blend of oils.
